Jubiday helps you save birthdays and anniversaries and reminds you before they arrive. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the dates and contact details you add.

Jubiday needs no registration: your celebrations, planner items, family lists and settings are stored on your own device and the app runs offline. Sign-in on this website is reserved for the Jubiday webmaster. You are responsible for your device, its backups and the device settings that allow notifications to be delivered.

Contacts and microphone access are voluntary and requested only when you use the import or voice-add feature; you may decline or withdraw them in device settings. Files you export and gift or wish links you share are sent using apps you choose, so their terms apply once the message leaves Jubiday. Celebrity search results come from public sources and may use the internet.

Do not use Jubiday to store unlawful content, harass others, attempt to breach our systems, reverse engineer the app, or resell access to the service. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Reminder delivery depends on your device, operating system settings, battery optimisation and network availability. We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for a missed celebration.

The Jubiday name, logo, app design and website content belong to us. The entries you add remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and display them so the app can work for you.

Downloads happen through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and their own terms apply to the download and any purchase made through them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms as Jubiday evolves; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. You can stop using Jubiday at any time by deleting the app.
